Energy Management
Heating, cooling and lighting cause the majority of the energy consumption in our spaces. The integration of these systems in IOLITE leads to significant energy savings. Our pilot projects show that the use of IOLITE solutions can save up to 30% in energy costs, depending on the type of property.
Smart Heating
Heating costs often make up the largest part of a property's operating costs. With IOLITE heating automation, they can be significantly reduced. An intelligent heating algorithm adapts the room heating behavior to the preferences and behavior of the users. Automatic temperature reduction, detection of absence or open windows are not only energy-saving, but also increase living comfort.
An intuitive user interface makes it easy to control the heating system and informs users about data analysis findings, e.g. unused spaces.
We support traditional radiators as well as underfloor heating. Thanks to the wide protocol coverage, energy-autonomous, battery-powered or wired actuators can be used - it's not the technology that matters, but what makes the most sense for your property.
Smart Metering
Cost transparency is essential for precise energy management. IOLITE supports intelligent meters (e.g. based on Wireless M-Bus) and thus enables real-time evaluation of all energy consumption. Furthermore, IOLITE forecasts consumption data based on analysis of current usage data of the devices.
In addition, the IOLITE GmbH provides a secure back-end infrastructure for the transport of data to billing and visualization services.
Shading & lighting management
The intelligent lighting algorithm adapts to presence and weather conditions. Window blinds and sunblinds are controlled according to a schedule set by the user. In addition, IOLITE offers automated privacy and weather protection functions.
With IOLITE each light source can be individually controlled and automated. Light scenes and scenarios can be intuitively configured and linked to any sensors (e.g. motion detectors, light sensors). Based on energy consumption data of the light source, power consumption is approximated and graphically evaluated.
